Customers Verification & Level Status What is the purpose for verifying our customers? We would like to know who are our customers and ensure only genuine customers are actually dealing with us. This is to prevent our company from being used in internet criminal activity (e.g. online auction fraud, 3rd party scam, unauthorized bank transaction, identity theft, etc . ) How does the customers verification & level status work? In order to achieve the purpose of verification, we defined 4 levels of identification: Unverified(Level 1), Low verification(Level 2), Medium verification(Level 3) and High verification(Level 4) . That is to say that your order amount will be limited according to your verification status. Level 1 (Unverified): - We will make a phone call / SMS to your mobile phone at least ONCE for verification upon receipt your FIRST order. Please ensure to fill out your mobile phone number correctly during your registration as member.
- The maximum buy/sell amount is limited to 800 USD worth of liberty reserve/wmz per day.
Level 2 (Low verification): - We will make a phone call to your home phone at least ONCE for verification upon receipt your FIRST order. Please ensure to fill out your home phone number correctly during your registration as member.
- The maximum buy/sell amount is limited to 1500 USD worth of liberty reserve/wmz per day.
Level 3 (Medium verification): - You are required to scan in JPEG/GIF format at least ONE of your latest Utility Bill (no more than 3 months old & must be under your name). Example : Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Phone Bill (Mobile/Home) and TMNet/Streamyx Bill and then email it to order@mynetgold.com . Write your Mynetgold's customer id as email subject
- We will make a phone call to your mobile/home phone at least ONCE for verification upon receipt your FIRST order. Please ensure to fill out your mobile phone/home phone number correctly during your registration as member.
- The maximum buy/sell amount is limited to 3000 USD worth of liberty reserve/wmz per day.
Level 4 (High - Fully Verified) - You are required to scan in JPEG/GIF format the following documents and then email it to order@mynetgold.com . Write your Mynetgold's customer id as email subject.
- At least ONE of your latest Utility Bill (no more than 3 months old & must be under your name). Example : Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Phone Bill (Mobile/Home) and TMNet/Streamyx Bill
- Identity Card (IC) or Driving License, either ONE will do.
- We will make a phone call to your mobile/home phone at least ONCE for verification upon receipt your FIRST order. Please ensure to fill out your mobile phone/home phone number correctly during your registration as member.
- The maximum buy/sell amount is limited to 5000 USD worth of liberty reserve/wmz per day. For buy/sell amount more than 5000 USD per day, please contact us first before placing your order. Check in Contact us page for how to reach us.
